Our Onboarding Process.
Our onboarding process is designed to be as smooth and efficient as possible, regardless of the complexity of your account. We understand that transitioning to a new system can be disruptive to your business, which is why we offer options to transfer your inventory in stages to minimize disruption.
This allows you to continue fulfilling orders at your previous location while we begin receiving and processing orders at our operation. Our team will work diligently to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and will be available to coordinate with you every step of the way. Whether you have a few SKUs or hundreds, we are committed to making the onboarding process as painless as possible, typically taking anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to complete.
Our Insurance Policy.
At Logistech, we offer limited insurance coverage for the property of others. This coverage is designed to protect against specific, isolated loss events such as fire, roof damage, or wet products. While this coverage may provide some protection for your property, it may not be sufficient to cover all potential risks or loss events.
If you are concerned about the protection of your property while it is stored with us, we recommend speaking with your property insurance agent to determine if additional coverage is necessary. They will be able to assess your specific needs and help you obtain the appropriate coverage to ensure the safety and security of your property while it is in our care. You may elect to obtain additional coverage for your property at Logistech by discussing your options with your property insurance agent.

Most businesses know how to market and sell their products, but they may not be dedicated logistics experts. Finding a competent outsourced fulfillment solution is the quick, simple, and most economical route to take, without spending the necessary capital to build a quality logistics operation.
Step By Step.
At Logistech, we make it easy to manage orders from a variety of sales channels such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and FBM Amazon. With our order management system, you can sync inventory across an unlimited number of channels, making it easier to keep track of your stock. All shipping service mapping is preset during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient fulfillment process.
By default, our software is programmed to select the cheapest shipping service/carrier if an order is imported without a predetermined shipping service/carrier, however, you can elect that our software choose a certain carrier/service or exclude a certain carrier/service if that is your preference. You may prefer a faster shipping speed over a cheaper service.
We understand that mistakes can happen, so we implemented a "cure time" of at least 30 minutes for each order. This allows you to modify or cancel orders prior to commencing fulfillment procedures. If you need to make changes to an order outside of our normal operation hours, don't worry – orders received by our systems during this time will remain in a modifiable status until the next business day.

The fulfillment process can vary in complexity and duration, depending on factors such as the size and type of items being ordered. After the "cure time" has passed, orders now enter the picking phase, which may take a few minutes or several hours to complete depending on the specifics of the order. We offer a range of picking methods including single item, multi-line, and carton pick to ensure that orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled.
Our order/inventory management software is able to accurately identify the specific locations where each item is stored with default FIFO (First In, First Out) programming. This allows us to generate a wave pick pull list that is then assigned to a warehouse associate to begin retrieving ordered items quickly and efficiently. Small items will be placed into a container assigned to the order as they are picked.
In addition to handling smaller orders, our team is experienced in handling bulk shipments that are palletized for LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) transportation. Large orders are picked using a single order pull list and necessary equipment from our bulk storage locations. Once all items have been picked, the order will be sent to the packing stations for final preparation and shipment.
At Logistech, we prioritize accuracy and efficiency in the fulfillment process. When orders arrive at the packing stations, our packing clerks carefully verify and prepare each order for shipment. Our packing stations are set up much like a grocery checkout, each station housing scanners to ensure that the correct items are being processed and taken out of inventory.
To begin the packing process, the clerk scans a barcode on the packing list, which prompts the pack out process on our software. The clerk then selects the appropriate packaging, records it, and scans and verifies each item as it is packaged for shipping. MAC addresses and serial numbers are captured where applicable. If the order requires multiple packages, the process is repeated as necessary.
Shipping costs can be a significant expense for businesses. Good news! We work to negotiate shipping discounts with major carriers and pass those savings on to you. As we continue to grow and negotiate rates with carriers, we are always looking for ways to create the most savings possible for our customers.
We feel inclined to provide our customers with cost-effective and efficient fulfillment services, including the packaging that the clients product is shipped in. To help achieve this, we use generic, non-branded, standard packaging such as small bubble mailers and polybags wherever possible. Any additional packaging materials needed for custom branding will be added as an additional cost item in our accounting. We offer a range of standard packaging materials at no additional cost, including dunnage, tape, mailers, and boxes.
To further reduce shipping costs, we stock a wide variety of boxes in different sizes (check them out in the link above) to ensure that packages are as small and lightweight as possible. Once a package is shipped, the tracking number is automatically updated in our software so that you can easily view it under the order. Simply click on the tracking number, which is provided as a convenient link, to see real-time updates on the carrier's tracking page. We also run reports to ensure that packages are delivered by the guaranteed delivery time, if applicable, and we handle any claims with the carriers to ensure that you receive credit for any shipping issues.
